On behalf of our faculty, staff, and the APUS Board of Trustees, “Happy Birthday” to the U.S. Marine Corps! Please join me in honoring the many Marines in our University community on this special day.
As is the case with all service branches’ birthdays, this nostalgic day is a point of pride for the Marines. As many know, the Second Continental U.S. Congress established the Continental Marines in 1775 during the Revolutionary War. Shortly after World War I, the 13th Commandant of the Marine Corps, Maj. Gen. John A. Lejeune, issued an order to designate November 10 as the official birthday of the Marine Corps.
Today, as the Corps turns 247 years old, Marines continue to be an essential part of our armed forces. They have fought courageously and tenaciously in every conflict that our country has faced — on land, sea, and air. Their service and sacrifices have been pivotal, and there is no doubt this will continue.
I am humbled by how many Marines we educate here at APUS, not to mention the numerous Marines we have on faculty and staff. This is not coincidental: Our rich military history dates to our roots when American Military University was founded in 1991 by retired Marine Corps Major James P. Etter.
As Marines celebrate another year of service during this time of incredible change around the globe, one thing that will remain steadfast is APUS’s commitment to all those who serve.
We are honored and privileged to play a role in their educational journey.

It is time to reform our outdated Universal Declaration of Human Rights and American and world laws to give everyone true financial freedom with the highest-class lifestyle, equality, and peace for every human globally. We need to end the low and middle-class lifestyles from now on. This human right needs to be the most priority and justice. All world Supreme Courts need power over these financial freedom human rights laws immediately without delay. Thus, United Nations Foundation Chairman Ted Turner, US President Joe Biden, and all world leaders need to sign them into law immediately without delay or as soon as possible because they violated the American and global Constitutions.
I have seen our human values have no value. We have depressed and stressed and have many terrible money problems, such as distressingly bad crimes, prostitution, wars, discrimination, etc., globally. I have seen and learned about our world’s terrible money problems, and we are living with the world’s sadness, sickness, and sorrow lives throughout American and world histories. They are the most significant human errors, violating the American and global constitutions. Moreover, for example, many computers can’t run correctly because they have old or old computers. Thus, they need to have a replacement for the most excellent 8k or better computers. We don’t want to continue to use all the outdated computers because we can legally print money from our American and world treasury departments. We don’t want to continue to work with the ancient “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” the outdated American and world laws that cause us many terrible money problems. Thus, we need to print all the money to solve all the money problems in America and world laws. The outdated “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” the outdated American and world laws, need to be signed immediately to the new “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” American and world rules of the most futuristic advanced technology in America and the world to give us the paradise dreams come true. They need to be reformed immediately or as soon as possible. WE NEED TO FIX OUR WORLD MONEY PROBLEMS WITH THE MOST PRIORITY REFORM “The outdated “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” the outdated American and world laws need to be signed immediately to the new “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” American and world rules of the most futuristic advanced technology in America and the world to give us the paradise dreams come true.
