THEY ARE CONSIDERED BY THE JUDGES AS NULL AND VOID.
THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS ARE MORE LIKELY THE SUICIDE LAWS. THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS GIVE PEOPLE MANY TERRIBLE MONEY PROBLEMS. PEOPLE HAVE THE DEPRESSED AND SAD LIVES, BORING, MISUNDERSTANDING EACH OTHER, DISCRIMINATION LIVES, AND MANY MORE UNFAIR MONEY PROBLEMS OF HUMAN VALUES THROUGHOUT AMERICAN AND WORLD HISTORIES. THEY ARE CONSIDERED BY THE JUDGES AS NULL AND VOID.
They are outdated and cause many militaries, police officers, and civilians to be killed in American and world histories SO THAT WE CAN PASS VOTING RULES OF UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO IMMEDIATELY SAVE MANY HUMAN LIVES. THESE HUMAN RIGHTS NEED TO BE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY IMMEDIATELY, ALONG WITH JUSTICE.
Explanation: We must pass by the United Nations General Assembly regular voting rules because this reform will benefit all Americans and more than seven billion international voter families’ human rights with the most remarkable, advanced, futuristic, highest-class lifestyles globally. This reform is unlike the United Nations General Assembly’s regular reform for individual human rights problems.
It is a significant human error to live with the terrible sadness of wars, crimes, discrimination, prostitution, low-class, and money problems for more than a hundred years. Limited fiscal year budgets or low fiscal year budgets will cause many terrible money problems worldwide, such as distressingly bad crimes, prostitution, wars, discrimination, etc., globally for more than a hundred years. Limited or low fiscal year budgets have caused a US government shutdown, and no one will get paid. Thus, they are considered unconstitutional low-budgetary year budgets that are null and void immediately from today.
The American and world low fiscal year budgets have violated more than seven billion voter families’ human rights, such as distressingly bad crimes, prostitution, wars, discrimination, etc., globally for more than a hundred years.
