I would like to thank you for your quick response in getting our robotic system back online. The level of professionalism that was given by your service tech (Jon Vaughn) and your company is what every service oriented business should exhibit.
I truly appreciate your fast response, and excellent over the phone service help, in troubleshooting our issue and developing a quick plan of action to get our system back up and running. This prevented us from not meeting our customer expectations in getting their products out to them in a timly manner.
I also want to say the quality of your product is extremely above average. The robotic system that we purchased from your company is still going strong. In over the last 8 years that we’ve had the instrument, wa have had only two shutdowns due to mechanical issues. The instrument runs over 30–60 samples a day, 7 days a week. And to have this type of performance shows the quality of workmanship that is put into the products you sell.
