The executive vice president of Elite Building Corp. in Waltham, Massachusetts, Michael Snedeker uses his experience in commercial real estate construction to serve clients all over the state. In Boston, Elite Building Corp’s team members have been involved in the construction of Kimpton Nine Zero.

Kimpton Nine Zero is a modern luxury hotel with a chic and design-forward look. It has 19 stories and 190 guestrooms and suites, all of which offer a boutique experience that complements Boston’s rich culture.

The hotel’s exterior aesthetic is elegant and distinct. It features sleek textures like polished wood and marble, alongside the traditional stone and metal, with alluring textiles like velvet for a fine-living ambience. Inside, the hotel’s lobby is large with plush seating that’s perfect for gathering with friends and family, and the upstairs lounge is a nice place to relax. The hotel also has about 2,400 square feet of flexible event space on the third floor, configurable to suit any function including theater, conference, and classroom. Overall, the hotel’s design is a worthy addition to Boston, and a top destination for luxury travelers.
