Hey Vince, thanks for weighing in. For me, this concept was born in 2001 during my near death cycling accident. When I finally had my a-ha moment regarding my mindset, I knew I had to show up differently. So I adopted this mantra, work hard today to make tomorrow better. So as I approached my rehab, I focus on hard work but also moving the needle just a little. For me, it was measured in degrees of flexion versus percentage. Each day I wanted to improve my knee flexion at least one degree to get to my ultimate goal of getting back on my bike. It worked and then I just applied to my corporate gig and now as an entrepreneur. I believe in big goals but try to detach from the outcomes and make steady drip, drip progress like Seth recommends.
