Hi Stephanie, hope day went well. Yes, it is saddening. Although I shouldn’t be surprised but so far all the likes on Linkedin are from female leaders.

To your question, as I coach executives we first work on awareness and bias. We also dive deep into qualities of greater leaders and look across the spectrum for role models regardless of gender. For my male leaders, we work on developing the skill/mindset to sponsor female leadership to diversify their teams. I also stay active on a personal/volunteer basis to promote the value of female leadership.
