The MVP is dead. Long live the RAT.

Those are pretty good arguments, but nevertheless I think that talking about the death of MVP is premature ;) When I think about it, RAT is something that leads you to build the Minimum Valuable Product, defined as “minimum feature set”. At some point you’ll have to test your assumptions and — as i understand it — the most important thing is to draw a proper conclusions from them. In this case RAT let’s you to eliminate things that your not certain of and MVP is about testing core assumption. Regardless of names it’s still about implementing lean method to a product development. But it’s a new term to me and I’ll gladly work with it for a while to test it ;)
