Photoshop also has artboards. I prefer Sketch as it is a design tool, while photoshop is a multi-tool that’s sometimes overwhelming with useless features for UI designers (like animation or 3d). I think a better comparison would be between Affinity and Photoshop to be honest. And Adobe XD and Sketch ;)
