I recently wrote an article on “Start with Who” as a response to Simon Sinek’s popular TED talk “Start with Why”. There were two pieces of feedback that I’d like to include in the next iteration of the framework:
In one of the most popular TED Talks, Simon Sinek encourages people to “Start with Why”. That is, leaders should focus on articulating their organization’s purpose to move people into action.
I disagree. At least when it comes to communities.
