For years I’ve had this fantasy of a “design farm” where people could have workshops on art, writing, music, corporate retreats for a day or a week or two, and make jam in the afternoon…my requirement was within one hour of Hartsfield-Jackson/ATL. So, I landed here in my hometown, one hour from the airport with a practically empty town as a (somewhat crumbling) canvas.
