Now, we are sitting in the time machine and go back to 1990s.

The media is growing fast. Computer is commonly used for the business and social. In addition, people still enjoy Time Machine

The media is growing fast. Computer is commonly use for the business and social. In addition, people still enjoy watching TV, talking to the phone with others, and hanging out with their friends sometimes, read books and magazines, and watch movies in cinema.

Look at their mobile phones, they just can call and type messages to others only. Also, the screen is so small and no colour (black and white), no any application such as Facebook, Twitter, Skype, etc. I can hear lots of people talk to their mobile phone.

I am a primary school student now however I do not have a mobile phone because my mother think I am too young to use the mobile phone and she think I cannot control technologies well however some of my classmates have their own cell phone. Every day after school, I go back home and wait for my friends’ call, and we chat on the phone for 1 to 2 hours. Sometimes I hang out with friends to shop, or sport together.

I feel I have lots of time because I can do lots of stuffs in a day except the school time. For example, I have time to chat with my friends on the phone; I have time to go out with friends. I do not have cell phone and I feel little inconvenience but I feel simple of my life.

Now, we are sitting in the time machine and go to 2000s.

Finally I have my own cell phone although my father used it. I feel curious about my cell phone. Now I can call my friends in any time and I do not need to stay at home and use the home phone to call my friends. However, I do not call my friends, we are sending the message with others. I feel I still close with my friends.

(In 2008.)

Facebook is popular in 2008. I also create my own Facebook account. Now I can post my statues (what I think and feel) and my photos to Facebook. However, I feel like I put my whole personal life into Facebook and everyone can know who I am. I think my life is becoming transparency however I can know more about my friends through Facebook.

Besides, YouTube is much more popular now. I can find lots of different videos in there. Also, I can put my own video in YouTube and share with everyone in the world. YouTube is become a topic that I talk with my friends.

Now, we come back to current, 2014.

When I look back, I feel incredible because my life changed unwittingly.

Media is changed. Everyone’s life is changed because of media. In the old way, we most of time communicate with people. Now we most of time communicate with machine. In the future, the books, magazines, TV maybe disappeared. If this is true, lots of people will lose their job. In addition, media can create lots of careers.

However, we cannot stop develop media because media had already became an important part of our lives. Media will develop rapidly in the future and we can just accept.
