People crammed in one place (like sardines). Lots of people — millions.

I like to think of it as a place full of mystery and cool stuff. Sometimes you come across things you don’t like or aren’t interested in, but sh!t happen.

Some read, some write, and others do both. There are also people in the “this is a dating website” category — who hook you up with different strategic offers or, I don’t know, cheesy sweet talk or who set up accounts specifically to troll others because they have so much free time.

The Medium platform has become a meeting place for writers, journalists, and experts from various fields to share their knowledge and experiences with a wide audience.

Behind this community of content creators, though, lies fierce competition. So fierce it shoots lasers! Roarr.
