Have you ever felt your energy depleted and wondered how to recharge it? Maybe you have tried different supplements or remedies, but nothing seems to work. Ayurveda and Jyotish believe that our energy or life force, called “Prana,” is the vital force that sustains us. This subtle energy is responsible for our physical, mental, and emotional health and is known as the “fire of light within.”

Prana is the life force that flows through the body, mind, and spirit. It is responsible for our consciousness, vitality, and overall well-being. Prana is made up of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space, which are responsible for the functioning of the body and mind. Ayurveda believes that to maintain optimal health, our Prana must be balanced and that disease occurs when this balance is disturbed.

Ayurveda offers various ways to increase Prana and support our life force. One of the most effective is through proper diet and nutrition. Eating fresh, whole, and seasonal foods rich in Prana can help nourish our body and enhance our energy levels. Avoiding processed, refined, or packaged foods that are low in Prana can help prevent energy depletion and promote optimal health. Ayurvedic herbs and supplements such as Ashwagandha, Brahmi, and Shankhpushpi can also help to restore and balance our Prana.
