Interesting analysis of the Godiva chocolate social media efforts. You pointed out two key platforms that Godiva could benefit from that they are not actively using.

However, I find your comparison identifying them as having the strongest social media connections. Being the most “green” is not really a valid way to claim. Your argument would be even stronger if you came up with a more quantifiable reason as to why they have the strongest social media connections.
