Planting A Seed For Peace

As announced already on social media 2015 will be my start into the activism arena. Over the past 18 months I followed movements and people from all around the planet working for peace in every way they can. Some were more successful than others, but at the end each effort of goodwill to change things for better counts… right?

Now I decided to join the arena and contribute my 5 cent to help get our planet back on track for the survival of humanity. I am aware that my contribution is very narrow, but I decided to go ahead anyway and will hopefully start planting seeds in the heads of all world citizens which are willing to listen to what I have to say.

I will plant seeds of HOPE
I will plant seeds of FOOD
I will plant seeds of FREEDOM
I will plant seeds of PEACE
….and hopefully many more with you on my side…

I know some of you who read this will say — here we go, another crazy dude who wants to save the world — but I think the time has come for a pacific shift from a “global culture of aggressive adversary” to a “peaceful culture of community collaboration” and during the past 18 months I saw a lot of great ideas to get things done in a peaceful way for everybody.

Although I don’t believe in quoting others, the spirit of John Lennon’s words from over 40 years ago never made more sense to me as in our era — just read for yourself and tell me what you think?

Imagine there’s no country
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace…

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world…

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will live as one

Together as humans we need to change the existing rotten methods of coexistence which at the end fail all of us no matter where we sit in the pyramid, because if you look what’s going on all over the world from wars for commodities to starvation and population regulation we are on the verge to reach a point of no return for good.

That’s why I start planting seeds with deeds for peace… right now!
