Brian, I am one of those affected that cannot access my account for over a week. I traveled to Cuba, and now my account is blocked. I have contacted Support over multiple channels, and even wrote to you directly on Twitter 3 days ago. I have been kept in the dark with no access to my account, and no responses from Coinbase. You are effectively a bank, and keeping customer’s money hostage without communication is not cool.

When is a reasonable time to expect a response from you guys?
