Freddie, thank you for the comment. I think this is starting to change…slowly. Consumers are demanding this and there is definitely a movement where some restaurants are beginning to disclose this.
- As consumers demand transparency more and more, you will start to see regulatory changes that will align with consumer demands.

We did talk to several restaurants as part of our research they want to provide more transparency (in varying degrees) but the complexity of the global food supply makes it impossible for some ingredients in many cases.
