Learning to code is hard, and learning to code metal is even harder. I think it is a disservice to a lot of business/industry that much of what the world refers to as ‘coding education’ is structured around web apps and phone apps, when there is still a significant need for people who know how to flip bits in registers in the right order and at the right time.
