Hi, I’m ●●● Huang, an engineer at the Engineering department of ●●●●●● Medical Instruments Corp., whole sale and distributor of ●●● products in Taiwan.
Attached photo is client ●●●●●●’s hearing aid（●●●●#●●●●●●）I had seen on 26 Aug 2016. 
Client came and reflected his hearing aid is noisy.
We checked his hearing aid and found extreme rusty inside, so we cleaned up and dried the hearing aid. 
However, I think the amplifier is also faulty because of heavy moist inside.
Please follow client’s usage. 
We also recommend him to use an electric hearing aid dehumidifier.
