This is really good advice. When we met and you gave my encouraging advice to continue what I was doing, it really paid off. I was able to be presented with an opportunity I have been waiting years to get.
Very true. Personally debt is also a big detractor to happiness. I am learning to be a great investor to live debt free and not be oppressed by money and being a slave to the lender. As the economy improves I hope other see it as an opportunity to get out of debt.
