For Grammar you can go for Minna no Nihongo , This book is self Sufficient for 80% of the syllabus, you can practice your Grammar , Reading as well as your vocabulary from this book. It comes in two parts!!

Bonus Tip: All that is left now is your speaking skills , rough estimate of a consistent student to complete the whole syllabus from scratch without any prior knowledge of Japanese is about 2–3 months. Now all you have to do is to listen to Japanese everyday for minimum 10 to 15 mins (You can do this by watching Anime , Jdrama, Japan News etc). Doing this will enhance both ,your Listening skills as well as as speaking skills. Make it a habit to speak at least 10+ words daily ,coz you’re no good if you cannot speak Japanese , others will be prioritized over you.
