The best part about visiting SF is definitely the people:

Toured the city with my buddy (and new co-worker) Justin Abrahms
That previous photo was taken at Delores Park. I just realized now that there’s a guy pouring a beer on the ground in this picture.
The first night, we met up with some of internet buddies I’d never met in person: Corbett Barr (pictured here), Brennan Dunn, Ryan Delk, and Andrew Culver
The next day, Ryan Delk invited us to come check out the Gumroad office.
Jessica Jalsevac gave us a great tour, and then talked marketing strategies with us after.
I was surprised by how grey and cold San Francisco was. I flew from Vernon, BC where it was a hot 100 F, only to land in SF where it was a chilly 64 Farenheit!

Again, the best part about San Francisco is the people. I’ve been friends with Hiten Shah online for years; it was great to finally hang out in person.

Here’s some of my new co-workers! Eric, Shane, me, Justin, and Matt.
I wish I’d taken more photos of the architecture in SF.
This photo makes me laugh. On the last night we went out with some more long-time internet buddies: Chikodi and Austin. We asked this gal to take our photo, and she was so nervous she’d mess it up. Chikodi totally looks like he’s wearing a giant crown.
As much as I enjoyed the trip, it was great to get back to the Okanagan valley here in British Columbia
The first thing I did when I got home was take this little dude out for coffee. ;)

Cheers,
Justin Jackson
