Did you notice that all was centered on technical skills and absolutely not on social skills ? This, my friends, is not good at all. Being the best involve also a shitload of social skills. To be able to understand project managers or to be able to even talk to a COO without losing him in deep technical jargon.

I’m also questioning the idea of “best”. Does it mean smashing the others to be the strongest ? I saw a lot, I mean A LOT, of talented people that keep their skills for themselves on purpose. Are they still the best ?
