Excellent set of suggestions. I am also fairly heavily invested in Medium and have talked about it. And I agree that the absence of advertising makes this a model that has far greater value than seems to be generally realized. While I stay fairly low key I might as well admit that this has come to be very important to me (with over 800 posts) and I am as interested as anyone to get what I write in front of people who seem to appreciate it. We, communally, have a message as well as many diverse, individual messages. That is an emerging message in itself.
