As a whitey, I can see that my LACK of such a thing was an impediment. I did not have the discipline instilled to put in at least a couple hours of _every single day_ to doing coding when I was younger, even though I liked it from quite early. I think that this “Asian” type method to at least some extent should be the standard followed by the entire human race. We could be colonizing Mars or beyond in the future.
