This stuff right here is better for you than it is gross. And trust this…it’s pretty gross. IF you don’t follow the exact directions I’m going to give you. Otherwise it will make you regret your mouth. Worry not. The instructions are simple and we’re not dumb!

I was in a car accident a year ago (some building jumped out in front of me…no I wasn’t drunk)

The nurses and doctors questioned how I healed so quickly. One of the nurses called me Wolverine.

(Less ripped and less well paid version)

I explained I’d been on the 4hour body suggested grass fed beef and macadamia nut diet.

Before reading about the healing properties of macadamia nuts I used to only consume them when white chocolate and cookie dough were involved.

With the combo of nut and meat I was able to heal in 3 days the amount a normal mortal heals in about 3 months.

My finger was ripped up back to my wrist! Inot ok for the first day and a half.

But this accelerated healing made me do massive research and found what we all have already heard 1.5 million times.

Which lead to one of the oldest sayings about food I’ve found…

Random thought…are Oreos actually not chocolate flavored? They’re just dark and…Oreo flavored. That word flavor has been jacked up. There was a group of tough stomached men who would try chemicals and lead to the creation of the FDA. The Poison Squad really lead to some quality and some disturbing findings.

Some asshat named a chemical “Natural Flavoring.” That’s the beginning of the end, in my opinion.

I won’t mention any names BUT there is plenty of info out there. Just as in any walk of life, if you look for the positive, you’ll find see the positive. And if you look for the negative, negative is what you’ll see. So I encourage you to do your own research!

If you clicked all the links above you’ll see both sides of the argument. And you decide.

I assume you’re here for one of two reasons, you’d like my opinion on GMO’s or more likely you want the recipe for the Beef Gelatin Shake I started off with.

First…the shake

I’ve added the vital protein beef gelatin to many protein powders.

The GNC peanut butter one is my favorite because when I mix in the MicroBiome504 (which I need ya to try) it tastes like peanut butter and jelly!

But the gelatin MUST BE:

  1. Mixed with whatever powder you’re going to put it with before you put any powder in the water

2. Once introduced to the water, it must be shaken with a violence that can’t be seen in public for fear of looking like a crazy person.

3. Chugged. You’ll want to take that down like a 19 year old catholic school girl with her third amaretto sour of her first rebellious night out.

Once it clumps or coagulates…well…

As for my opinion on GMO food and Monsanto produced food…reminds me of my ole buddy Blake. With a Shreveport thick redneck accent he once said, “All opinions are lies”

Not sure how many drinks lead him to that epiphany but I can tell you this. And these aren’t opinions.

  • When I drink that gelatin powder with a protein powder, I feel better.
  • When my dad has bitter melon his diabetic level blood sugar drops.
  • When I eat the food I cook with food from a local farm it tastes better and I lose weight.
  • When I know the farmer that grows the produce I cook, I feel better about the meals I’m serving to customers
  • I’m spending the rest of my life, learning what I’ve learned from my life so far, to help lower people’s chances of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity. Not just because those are life ending issues for my family…but because they’ve taken people from you too.

Meet don’t have health care in this country. We have sick care. Industries built on us getting sick. From the seed, to the pills, to the hospital fee, to the funeral bills.

They.

Make.

Money.

When.

We.

Are.

Sick

And.

Dying.

Do we just watch Netflix and ignore this while ordering pizza because it’s easy?

Sure. That’s one way to kill time. Oooor you cold eat healthy food just as easily…real soon.

How many times have you wanted healthy food but laziness beat your want for a healthy body and you settled for some restaurant conveniently located to outsource your cooking? I’ve done it. We all have.

Or, on the flip side how many days a week have you done THIS…

While gazing down the barrel of something like THIS

Time consuming bland nightmares. Well, unless you’re into all that, you should let us cook for you.

We have meal plans that are built with a nutritionist and two chefs from New Orleans. We can deliver the meals right to your door. Very soon. Not yet. (Unless you live in the New Orleans area)

We’re starting a Kickstarter campaign soon to help build our facility. We are working with a few American Veterans that run farms that employ, train, and house homeless people! Once we are coast to coast and able to afford it, we’ll take opinions out of the whole disease concerns we touched on by donating to research facilities that aim to take down cancer, heart disease, celiac disorder, and diabetes.

There is more than one way to live. We live the AbitaFresh way.

Let me know if you’re interested in helping us bring you dinner! There’s also going to be a way to make money off of our meals…i'll tell you about that in the email…if you email me first.

Mike.couste@gmail.com

(Make sure the subject has AbitaFresh in it, please) I’m…um…well not great at sifting through spam. See what I mean…

Thanks and please, like and share this link. We are only trying to make the world an easier and healthier place to live, here. Shouldn’t be that hard (hahaha) but any help you can give will be forever loved and we will be eternally thankful.

Keep an eye out for the Kickstarter campaign if you’d like to show some more support.

Mill finally shut up with a tweet of the day (been a while since we made time to do one of these…sorry tweeters)

This one is more like 4 because all of the tweets from @BubblesnBooze are sick funny.

Thanks for playing.

Mare ya’ll again soon.
