I’m not sure you understand whats happening. Maybe you do and I’m misreading your response so please don’t take offense. But for at least the last decade or so there have been kids who start school at the appropriate age. And somewhere along the line they realize they are good at basketball. But they have also realized that they will look even better if they play against younger competition because High school ball is based on grade level not age. So they decide to stay back a year. Then once they’ve established themselves as top prospects they “reclassify”. I find it annoying when players like Wiggins and Barrett do it because it’s unnecessary. I understand the advantages I just don’t like it and I don’t think we should indulge them when they decide to go back to the appropriate class.
