The characterization of this plan’s effects on transit is dishonest. Even if every single pull-out is paired with a queue-jump, which is vanishingly unlikely, buses are still worse off than if they never pulled out in the first place, because queue jump signals have to wait for the end of the current signal cycle (or longer).

Shame on the mayor and his flacks for trying to transitwash this roads boondoggle.
