Beware of Electricity Scams at Doon Express Business Park:

I rented an office at Doon Express Business Park for my travel agency business. Initially, we had 30 seats, with electricity bills ranging between ₹10,000 to ₹17,000. As our business grew, we moved to a larger office, Suite 2411, with 60 seats. To our surprise, our electricity bills skyrocketed to over ₹100,000, and even reached ₹194,000 at times.

Despite multiple discussions with the management, led by Mr. O.D. Sharma, no satisfactory explanation was provided. We added 20 more seats, bringing our total to 80, yet the bills remained exorbitantly high. Our office utilized 16 tons of AC load and 80 computers, yet we were billed as if we were running a factory, not an office.

Before relocating, our bill for just 16 days was ₹138,000, an amount we grudgingly paid. Despite informing Mr. Sharma of our plan to dismantle our furniture and reinstall the original setup, we’ve faced unnecessary delays in obtaining the gate pass for our exit.

I strongly advise against choosing this office space. The management’s business practices are questionable, and the electricity billing is beyond unreasonable. It’s not worth the hassle.
