But this is totally different than the Theranos story, which endeavored to show misleading actions currently being done by a company with a billion dollar valuation. This is showing possibly misleading actions done by what was a tiny boutique chocolate maker 7 to 8 years ago. (I say possibly misleading, because the only reason everyone in the story knows they were remelting chocolate in 2008 is because Mast Brothers told them.) Where is the corruption in this? And, just as importantly, where is the harm? Is there a consumer who bought a Mast Brothers bar in 2008 who desperately wants a refund?
