Some good info Mr. Kim. It is a very detailed perspective on Customer Satisfaction. To me there is only really one thing that will make a no sale or a life long customer. That one thing to me is how they feel when they leave the interaction, getting that “wow” out of the customer. They will never forget an experience of that magnitude and will advertise your product or service by telling their loved ones about your busineess
