Take a break. You can try and work through lunch, but if your sensibilities and Self are telling you to eat, GO EAT. Nothing’s worse that sloppy copy ‘cause you tried to work through or dodge lunch. Telling your client after they notice a mistake in a submission, “Oh, I didn’t get a lunch.”, is no kind of pass. They don’t care. Trust me. Keep your copy clean, accurate, coherent. Not eating puts all that at risk.
