Since 2014 I’ve been tracking all my weightlifting sessions in an app called Gym Hero.
One of my favourite features of the app is that when you log an exercise it shows you the sets, reps and weight you lifted the last time you performed it.

This is great for week to week tracking and ensuring that you are achieving progressive overload.
