79% Is Not Enough. Women Deserve More.

Having worked for over 30 years at one one of America’s largest corporations (AT&T), I find it difficult to understand the concept of women making 79% of wages that men are paid. In my career, I never encountered a situation where men were paid more than women doing the same work. If anything was discriminatory it was ‘affirmative action’ against men to promote women. But as with everything now days, I’m sure there are exceptions being used to prove the rule.
