No surprise here- plenty of Bush appointees in our judiciary, and Obama is a friend of the oil companies himself. Even if he weren’t, Congress has to sign off on higher court judges. The fact is that pipeline builders are guilty of criminal trespass and desecration. Not sure how we solve this, but thanks to the tribes from all over the world for standing up for what’s right.
