Hi Franco, nice post. I would love to chat with you more about what Travelaer is doing in the conversational interface/commerce space for the travel industry. We launched the first airline booking via Facebook Messenger and have a new product called Comversational that launches in November. We have learned a lot since our first bot launch and are taking a different approach based on the learnings. I encourage anyone who is considering the launch of a bot, not to race to build something until you understand how conversational interfaces will fit into your overall digital strategy. Companies also need to know that launching a bot requires a lot of human support in the beginning to get it right. Building and launching a bot can be easy. Launching a useful bot that improves the Customer experience or solves a pain point across all phases of travel is much more difficult.
