hey old man of 30! I read this and I instantly related it to my finding the fire service as my calling at age 21. I have never tried to explain why this was what I was meant to do but if I did I would just copy and paste:) We just hired fireifghter this week that just felt like this was the time for him too. He is 42 years old and shares our same passion. this is the second 40+ that I have hired and i know it will be great for him and that alone makes me very happy about my work.
