Somebody help me out. My premise is this: In order to be a sovereign nation the US can deny importation to anybody is so choses, without regard to explanation. In other words, if we wanted to deny access to “over-weight redheaded males over the age of 35, we could do so. Here’s where I need enlightenment. Is there anything in the Constitution or any other document that proves my premise incorrect. And don’t just fire back at me with “unsubstantiated opinion” or worse, epitaphs of personal attack. Give chapter and verse. I’m waiting. Thanks, all.
