NEWS FLASH! (Washington, D.C.) By acclamation by 75% of the people in the United States, the following amendment to the Constitution of the United States was adopted, to take effect immediately:

“The ballots for presidential elections in all fifty states and other voting districts must contain the choice, ‘None of the above.’”
