You just have to get started with one little thing that gets you to do the next little thing, and so on and so forth.

I am the host of a podcast called the Go and Grow Podcast, and many people tell me they want to start a podcast and ask me how.

I tell them the first thing they should do is buy a mic.

Why? Because 1) you’ll be immediately financially invested, even if it’s only $50 and 2) you can put that mic on your desk and it will stare at you every and scream “USE ME!!!” Then you’ll have to listen to it and take the next step to launch your podcast.
