The best health beverage

One of the best hacks for improving your health is incorporating some nutrition and antioxidants into your body throughout the day via what you drink.

I just load up a glass 1 1/2 gallon dispenser with some goodies and enjoy it throughout the day.

The recipe mentioned in the video and the one that I use is:

  • 1/2 gallon filtered water
  • 4 hibiscus tea bags (like raspberry zinger)
  • Juice from 1 lemon (or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice if you don’t have a fresh one available)
  • 3 tablespoons of erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of amla powder
