If ya don’t wanna be a speck on the sidewalk of someone’s memory follow their requests/orders. These guys n gals go through a lot of scenarios each day and they really, really wanna go home tonight. They ask or tell me something; I’m on it!

If you need to lodge a complaint against the officer(s), Wait until they're done dealing with whatever caused them to Stop you; then politely ask for the information you need. If they aren’t willing to do that because, “We just got a call,” or something; then take the Summons or Citation to their office and find somebody who does have that info.
