I really liked & agreed with this Rachel.

Wifeling and I would say, “Well they didn’t follow the officer’s commands when he shouted ‘hands up’ or get on the ground.”

Now we’re taking a different look at shootings and asking each other if that would have happened had he or she been white.

And the old advise about: “Location, location, location,” has a lot to do with it too. Some of the neighborhoods are approached much differently than others; for better or worse. Often, much worse.
