The poorest man I ever knew was a millionaire.
Jon Westenberg

People have unfortunate behavior when it comes to money. When you live a modest life, you dream of having much more and the happiness it could bring you and your loved ones. The journey probably starts with good intentions for most people.

But along the way to becoming rich, it seems like people lose something pretty essential. Maybe it’s compassion, empathy, humility, etc.

So you gain a lot of money, but some end up losing so much more. The challenge is to become materially rich while maintaining emotional and spiritual richness.
