Have you ever been in a situation that you have a meeting online and your webcam has a bad resolution?

If so, you probably have been considering options like connecting your phone as a webcam.

Personally I use Linux and there is no such a client like EpocCam, or iVCam (only PC, Mac), which can be pretty annoying.

So I’ve figured out a simple solution to my problem which applies to all devices.

Steps:

1. Download client app such as Zoom on desktop, notebook, mobile,

2. Launch a meeting, and connect with all devices you want.

3. On mobile enable camera and mic.

4. On desktop, notebook disable camera, mic and sound.

So these steps apply to case where you want to have high res picture but also able to be on your notebook in case you want to share screen etc…

You can customize these steps in any way to get what you want.
