Great work. I’m no UI/UX expert by any chance but here are my inputs. :)

On figure 1.2, Choose Language: Tagalog shouldn’t be used when in English mode. The reason they’re tapping that is to switch to Tagalog, because they might be uncomfortable with the current language. They might not understand English at all so they’ll just end up being confused what “Choose Language” means. Put it the other way around, if all text are in Tagalog and you have Palitan ng Ingles or something similar, foreigners won’t understand that.

On figure 1.4a, I think it’s better to put Reload on the right as the element above (the balance) is flushed to the right. When you try to skim over your current balance or read the contextual info on the right, your eyes end up either on the middle to right-ish part of the screen. Putting the primary CTA on the left might be confusing. The same is true for figure 1.6 as the content is mostly on the right.

On figure 1.8 and 2.5 (success screen), I think the primary CTA should be Finish instead of Print Receipt. Printing the receipt adds more time to the flow, and most people will just end up throwing them. I guess only a minority will need the receipt for reimbursement purposes, anyway. Making Finish as the primary CTA button is also a more environment-friendly design. :)

On figure 2.4 (single-journey payment screen), I think the addition of the Buy button will just make the process longer. Those who have used the same machine before are expecting for the card and change to be dispensed after inserting the required amount, only to discover that they have to press the Buy button now. Maybe allow the passenger to Go Back to station selector screen while the required amount hasn’t been inserted, then just start with how much has already been inserted to the machine when he goes to the next step. In case the passenger makes an error in his station selection, then he can just go to the Customer Service Counter.

Still on figure 2.4, I think changing go back to Start Over or Start Again is better when no money has been inserted yet. If someone leaves the kiosk without finishing the transaction, then Start Over is more relevant. This will change to Change Destination or Change Station once money has been inserted but hasn’t reached the amount required amount yet.

I really have a heavy bias on placing the primary CTA based on the flow of our eyes. If preceding information above is flushed left, then it should be on the left. If it’s the other way, then it should be on the right.
