Tourist cheer our great beers (lagers) in Eastern Europe while Im ashamed of the big red (One of the 2 big mass production breweries) and the big blue (the other mass monster) beers. Its just mediocer. Our beer culture goes way back to the 13th & 14th century when beer was brewed by dedicated local brewers and they were respected. I think this culture is coming back and with all the equipment and knowledge available out there we can enjoy occasional homebrew for Christmas, Fathers Day or just as a great past time with friends. Although all of them say how great it tastes and how great you are as a brewer & should start your own brewery, I just enjoy the process and the outcome. Its satisfying. So enjoy it while you can and dont ruin everything by turning it into green and profit let the microbreweries do that.
