Paloma Rosada

This is truly a cocktail for a special occasion, even if the occasion is just that it’s blood orange season. We especially love the way pink prosecco blends the bright acidity of the citrus juices with the clean cinnamon and white pepper finish of Milagro SBR Reposado. ¡Salud!

Paloma Rosada

• 1 ½ Parts Milagro SBR Reposado
• ½ Part Solerno Blood Orange
• ½ Part Agave Nectar
• ½ Part Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
• ½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
• 2 Parts Pink Prosecco

Garnish: grapefruit & blood orange (dried or peel)
Glass: Champagne flute

Combine all ingredients except Pink Prosecco and shake well. Strain into a Champagne Flute. Top with Pink Prosecco and garnish with grapefruit & blood orange (dried or peel)
