How to Find & Maintain Healthier Relationships

It’s not you, it’s me — before you dismiss this as just a B.S line. Take a moment to consider, do you seem to perpetually be asking yourself things like; Why do I always seem to be attracting the same types of people that are so wrong for me? Why do I always go after the wrong ones?

Ask yourself a simple question. What do all the people you date or interact with have in common? you!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to say that people are purposely and consciously going out there on a mission to find their worst possible match. I’m talking about the subconscious factors guiding these decisions. Your relationship with yourself plays a huge part in the types of relationships and interactions you surround yourself with. Here are a few things you can start doing to help yourself make better decisions & foster healthier relationships.
