The Anger Test is an online assessment aimed at helping individuals evaluate their anger levels. It prompts reflection on frequent anger, difficulty in anger control, holding grudges, and engaging in verbal and physical fights when angered. Anger, a basic human emotion, is described as arising from perceived wrongdoing or stress, with potential positive aspects such as expressing negative feelings or resolving conflicts.

While anger can be beneficial in certain situations, excessive anger may lead to physical and behavioral issues, affecting blood pressure and cognitive function. The “fight, flight, or freeze” response of the sympathetic nervous system is highlighted as the basis for anger, with physical manifestations such as increased energy levels, hormonal spikes, muscle tension, raised voices, and rapid heartbeats.

The Anger Test consists of 20 self-assessment questions related to anger levels. Users are instructed to carefully read each item and select relevant options. The test serves as a tool for individuals to gauge their anger tendencies, emphasizing that it is not a diagnostic instrument. This process encourages self-reflection on anger-related behaviors and responses.
